Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZOYA account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
